The problem with this kind of legislation though is that it is contentious -
and it is part of the escalating conflict that I noted in my previous
emails.

Perhaps not. But it is a sight more relevant when it means users having
their ID stolen, websites having their internet access disrupted etc.
Certainly more relevant than pimply teenagers downloading bad songs over the
net and taking all that money out of Britney spears' mouth, poor girl..
