[governance] IGC statements

Hi,

Checking back in from JFK after lecturing in Zurich; teaching
obligations precluded me sticking around and joining you in Geneva.

So as an fyi for my cs pals, gasp, I'm also working to try to get a
highly visible CEO to Hyderabad, for participation in a plenary on
something along the lines but not quite 'IG and sustainable
communities.' 

To not drive the list nuts, whatever text I come up with, I will just
send in per Adam's suggestion straight to igf.

as neither has been updated or really discussed (I don't know what we 
getting ourselves into with the "Internet Governance for Sustainable 
Communities", and not understanding it can't really support it.)
