Hello Virginia Ginger Pacque,

I know from my interactions with you as a participant at the Diplo Internet
Governance program that you know a lot more as a person who has been
involved in the Internet Governance process right from the WSIS days and
that you are a capable organizer with a lot of energy. I am certain that the
Caucus has made the right choice.

Congratulations and Wishes.
