The point here is that even if the credit card had "This way up"
embossed in Braille (or whatever) there is something ill-defined,
non-intuitive, or otherwise distracting, about the slots designed to
accept the cards, which means even people with normal sight don't always
put the card in the right way round. It's the slots that need fixing,
not the cards.
