[governance] IGC Nomcom - Slate of candidates

Hi people,
My immediate reaction: Latin America and the Caribbean have only two
candidates indicated (none of the two are from the Caribbean), while all
other regions have at least three -- I note particularly that Europe and
North America (developed regions) have three each. I do not think the
NomCom was very successful regarding regional balance, to put it
diplomatically.
