Well, we haven't reached the stage of IPTV yet here, and the 2 main
providers both intend to do that soon, so we will see if they restrict
content once they have competing content. I hope not. Currently the
quality of service is so bad (random dropouts, no service for hours at
times) that they CAN'T provide content yet!
But the question was purely about pricing, as I read it.
