[governance] Speakers for IGF - ideas?

Hi all,

At the risk of repeating myself, couldn't the speakers in the main sessions
be drawn in priority from the speakers who will participate in the workshops
related to the corresponding track ? Workshop organizers could play a role
in suggesting some of their speakers to report to the main session.

Speakers in the main session would therefore be mostly introducing
discussion and opening a broader debate in the main session, drawing on the
discussions in the workshops held before or to be held afterwards.

Main advantages : it engages and rewards organizers of workshops, giving
them a say in the selection of speakers; it valorizes the most interesting
workshop speakers; it establishes a natural linkage between the workshops
and the related main session; last but not least, we are more or less sure
that these people have already planned to be there, which is not the case
for the great people we might think of but who do not have yet heard of the
IGF or have not indicated their intention to come.
