I wanted to post the Statistics for the 
2000 At-Large Election.

Jacqueline, had some interesting comment,
that numbers from the yr-2000 could be used as a start base.

Mind you that in 2000 the Internet was in the peak of its .Com Boom
and that penetration too todays edges was not nearly as prolific.
