[governance] CHANGE: Dynamic Coalition on Privacy meeting on Tuesday

hi everyone

To make things easier for everyone - we've 
arranged to meet in Room XXVII in the Palais Des 
nations at 1500 - and not at the ITU. This is the 
same room where the GISWatch publication launch 
will be from 1315-1454 (and we hope to see you there also.. lunch provided)
