Indeed, thank you for posting this important and disturbing exchange. 
You most certainly did the right thing by distributing it; indeed, I 
think it should be publicised more widely.  This reflects extremely 
badly on Chris Disspain and auDA, though it has bolstered my flagging 
respect for Markus Kummer.
