 From what I read in the transcript of the consultation on last Tuesday, 
Nitin Desai did mention that "many others" had asked him about the state 
of things re enhanced cooperation. Since he has no mandate at the moment 
and as yet hasn't got any instructions from the new SG, he couldn't get 
say anything more specific.
