I see the difference:
Your talking 'Public User ENUM' (e.g.: public domain: e164.arpa )
and I'm talking 'Private Infrastructure ENUM'

So, Nuestar is providing a 'Private Infrastructure ENUM' gateway-services by
providing the 'mapping' as Karl put it, between a User's domain name and ENUM
Addresses.
