I thought that the idea was to have this "public" and broad event on 
Monday lunchtime as an orientation for newcomers and CS in general, and 
to have a smaller face to face meeting among the active caucus members 
either on Sunday at dinner, or on Monday just after the forum ends.

Also, I think we still want you to make a process-oriented intervention 
on behalf of the caucus in the appropriate plenary session, and in this 
case we'd better draft it here in advance, rather than face to face.
