Milton,
why do you have to be so unhappy when people are 
saying that the end of the MoU is good for the Internet?
What if the IGP analysis you quote might have 
misinterpreted the wording of the JPA? I guess 
there's a problem here because you already have 
an opinion, and you consider it the only right 
opinion. If you have had questions, then we could 
have a discussion. But when people enter a 
discussion with formed opinions, the discussion can't happen.
