[governance] NomCom Process Call/Proposal

Thanks Ralf, and you are right. To volunteer for NomCom is only for
that matter and not automatically become Appeal Team member or its
candidate at all.

My guess is that one can choose to run for the Appeal Team only if one
wants to (or somebody nominate you and you accept it).
