[governance] DNS forum @ Athens

Well, I've moderated my share of panels and can attest to the fact that 
it's difficult to keep conversations on track, especially when you have 
aggressively talkative audience members and a hot topic. (Discussions 
strayed to ICANN GAC composition and the Patriot Act, Swift financial 
surveillance, the Iraq war, etc.)

I'm writing an article for News.com on the substance now. Which explains 
why I'm not being more social at the receptions this evening.
