[governance] new coordinators for the IG caucus

Hi, following the overwhelming response to my last mail, I'd like to 
inform you that Adam and I have decided to step down after the Geneva 
meeting in February. It would be good if we found volunteers who are 
willing to take over. Otherwise we also might find out that we don't 
need any coordinators, who knows...
