[governance] new gTLDs

hi,

just wanted to send a reminder that the consultations in the ICANN  
constituencies are ongoing on the introduction of new gTLDs.  i  
figured that this caucus might want to have some dialogue on this and  
may even want to make a statement.  both Danny Younger and i sent  
this list notification messages about the consultations a while back,  
and i just wanted to send you all a reminder that this opportunity  
for participation still exists.
