I support this issue to be brought up, for two reasons :
- to stress that keeping this discussion only among governments is not in
the multi-stakeholder spirit of the Tunis Agenda
- to push them a little in recognizing that contrary to the IGF, the actual
enhanced cooperation process is not really launched at that stage.
