Hi Wolfgang or anyone else involved in this,

Are there any further details about the plans for the GIGNANET event 
before the IGF, specifically about

A) who can apply to participate in the GIGANET meeting that was being 
planned for before the IGF
B) how the application process etc is going to work
and, perhaps most importantly at this stage
C)when and where it would take place

If not, just a preliminary indication of who the event is open to and 
what pre-IGF dates should be left open would be much appreciated.
