Problem is, Ken, we have no method to select co-coordinators. Avri's proposal is, to repeat, very well thought out. She is accepted by consensus and assumes the transitional leadership role required to put in place the mechanisms needed to select co-coordinators in the future.  I see no viable alternative to this.
