-	Organisations interested in becoming a partner of the 2006/2007
Internet Governance Capacity Building Initiative (participating in the
organisation of regional and national Internet Governance courses and
research projects).


MAIN FEATURES of the Internet Governance Capacity Building Programme in
2005:

-	“Walk the talk” approach (training and research activities for 100
participants from developing countries conducted in parallel to WSIS/WGIG
negotiations on Internet Governance);
-	Multistakeholder participation in course/research activities;
-	Building epistemic Internet Governance communities in developing
countries.
