[bestbits] [MAG 2019 ELECTIONS] CSCG call for nominations to Best Bits

Thanks for this announcement and for the work of all involved.
The IGF has many call for inputs open and luckily we can still tie the
knot of CSCG groups participation also via effectively representing
views on the intersessionals.
