Dear colleagues,

I understand there have been some questions re my participation in the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting. The invitation I received is below, and I hope this helps clarify the status of my participation. If not, please let me know.

While my invitation was not specific to the IGF, I do believe it is important to promote it wherever possible and appropriate. This is not speaking for the IGF or on behalf of the IGF, but about the IGF - what it is, what it does, why it is important, to encourage participation/support, etc. Apologies if my phrasing "I/IGF" was confusing. It was meant only in this context.

By way of background, I have participated in 6 or 7 World Economic Forum Annual Meetings (Davos), a summer World Economic Forum Davos meeting, several Global Agenda Council meetings, and in many initiatives over the years. I also served on a Global Agenda Council on the Future of the Internet for several years.

Happy to respond to any additional questions.

Lynn
