[bestbits] CFP: Tribute to Michael Gurstein and Editorial on the future of Community Informatics

Michael and I had our differences, exacerbated by the fact that we are
both so passionate about our advocacy, but when I first met Michael this
was indeed the trait that I admired most about him. He took the
initiative to arrange to meet up with me to talk about our work, in the
much earlier days of the IGC and we butted heads off and on from there.
I wasn't sure that the Community Informatics field would survive his
passing, but it's a testament to his work that it is still going strong.
He will be remembered and missed.
