[bestbits] Reasons to be worried about NAFTA negotiations

Hi everyone!

I wrote this short piece for TechDirt highlighting two reasons why we
should be concerned about the NAFTA negotiations. The entertainment
industry is arguing that Safe Harbors enable child pornography and that
exceptions and limitations to copyright are unnecessary in trade agreements
that mention IP.
