[bestbits] End of the year civil society meeting/ briefing

Thanks from me too for the summary Farzaneh. I am pleased that this is
happening.. thanks a lot to those who are making/made the effort. I look
forward to trying to be more active in this online space (hopefully best
bits and governance will merge).
