Dear All,

This is to share the first two white papers written as part of a
multi-stakeholder academic writing sprint conducted by the Centre for
Communication Governance at the National Law University Delhi earlier this
month. This event was an official pre-event for the Global Conference on
Cyber Space 2017 (currently ongoing in New Delhi) and the papers focus on
some of the themes for the GCCS, i.e. Cyber for Growth and Inclusion

The academic writing sprint pulled together a range of participants from
government, industry and civil society and was meant to facilitate
discussion of their priority areas across the the themes of the GCCS.
