Hi!

Join us for the Noncommercial Users Constituency (NCUC) outreach event
today and tomorrow. We are looking forward very much to meeting you,
either in-person or remotely!

Registration will open at 10:00am today and we encourage you to join
us then for coffee before we get started. Remote participation will be
switched on from 11:00am local time (UTC+2) when the day's discussions
officially begin.
