Hi everyone

As the deadline for workshop submission to the IGF approaches (3rd
may), I'm sending a reminder of a list which can help folks who are
still trying to find speakers for their proposals

Remember proposals to IGF need to have at least 3 confirmed speakers
and should have balance on gender, stakeholder group and region
