[bestbits] Time sensitive: Nominations for IGF closing and opening speakers by COB 07 November

Dear all

I strongly support the nomination of Paulina Gutiérrez.

I had the pleasure of meeting with her earlier this year and hearing her
speak and I think she will be excellent in this role, and Article 19
does really good work in Mexico.
