[bestbits] [governance] IGF website is down for me?

[Alex Comninos]

I think Chengetai does a great job considering web admin is not his area of
expertise and all he has to juggle. Augmenting the capacity for web design
and admin was brought up in 2013, lets try bring this up again.

Very sad I cannot be there for the IGF, I wish you all the best and will
try follow remotely today
