[bestbits] The attack on APC, IGF and UN

Yes Lee, agree with you.

And this attack is making it impossible to ignore that online
expressions of misogyny is real, and can be overwhelming and have a
silencing effect.

Some of the messages are threatening women who are part of the campaign
with physical violence.
