I remember as long as a decade ago, 'access' was recognized as a ploy by 
the powerful to keep the rest out of issues of governance and power.

We are now talking the language of 'OCCUPY' (it is the  'Internet of the 
peoples') and  not of access (how  the elite can trickle down the 
goodies in the way they want)

But no surprises here.
