FWIW, I think it needs some time for reflection - and some editing. We have until the 15th for commenting on the substance, correct?

There's a good argument for saying that the content as it relates to privacy should be revised once the HRC resolution on privacy is adopted, which will not take place until the last week of the HRC - which is after the 15th March cutoff time.

I don't know that it would be wise to be very public about this - it might put further pressure on the HRC resolution which would not be helpful.
