[bestbits] Technical volunteer

[Jeremy Malcolm]

We have so many Internet experts on this list, that I'm wondering if
there is someone with system administration experience who could
volunteer a couple of hours of their time.  The Best Bits server has
been experiencing unusual load over the last few days, and I haven't had
a chance to track down why.  If so, please let me know off-list.
