Dear Marianne

Thanks for posting this. This also reached us at APC this week, and 
many of us did not know about Heike's death. She worked with us closely
on many projects and publications, and we are planning to dedicate an
edition of GenderIT.org to her and her work.

In 2013 she wrote this chapter for us for Global Information Society Watch.
