[bestbits] Call for nominations for civil society representatives for the IGF Multistakeholder Advisory group (MAG)

I wish to nominate Avri Doria, US, female. She is well known on this 
list, very experienced and committed, and certainly willing and capable 
to report back. We need good people on the MAG, and Avri is one of the 
strongest candidates we can get for this job.
