[bestbits] Fwd: [ITAC] PP-14 intervention metrics

Thanks for sharing this. I have not been to any ITU gathering before but I
can imagine not all of the interventions got passed. Any possibility of
such metrics being included? (Or perhaps it's available somewhere?)
