Hello everyone,

I’m very proud to announce the document Latin america in a glimpse: Human Rights and the internet, a document presenting a summary about some aspects in the discussion in Latin America regarding internet and human rights. This initiative has been specially made to increase the understanding of the region in the international community gathered at the Internet Government Forum 2014.

This document was made by ONG Derechos Digitales, the Communications and Information Policy Programme of the Association for Progressive Communications (APC), and the researcher Joana Varon Ferraz.
