[bestbits] [governance] Opening cermony

+1 from me.

Anja, just to reassure you and others that one workshop from Turkish 
activists did make the program, thanks to a lot of effort from Turkish 
folk in Turkey and elsewhere, and with a collaborative effort between 
the IRPC and Freedom House to make sure this session made the program. 
It is on Friday morning at 9am and has support from the Turkish Pirate 
Party. Would be good to have a wide awake and supportive audience for 
this new initiative. There are a lot of events happening in and beyond 
the IGF venue on this day.
