Dear all,

This is a gentle reminder that the statement on the ITU Council's rejection
of proposals to open participation in the Council Working Group on
International Internet-Related Public Policy Issues (CWG-Internet) is
closing soon. Since I didn't previously specify a time/timezone, can we say
10am GMT 3 September as the cut off?
