[bestbits] Rousseff & Chehade: Brazil will host world event on Internet governance in 2014

I personally do hope it will *not* look like *nor* do like the IGF. We
need a pluriparticipative decision-making process on international IG,
and maybe this is the way to start it. Instead of just becoming
suspicious, let us work proactively together to make sure we have strong
representation in this process.
