I agree, except that I do not think any proposal coming from the
Montevideo group would be arrogant. We are in this plural process and we
ought to accept manifestations (individual or collective) of everyone --
and that group is highly qualified to provide propositions of course.

The fact that I disagreed with a relatively minor part of its content
does not at all in my view makes it less relevant.

Let us try and, as you say, take advantage of this opportunity to do our
best to converge. The IGF "chatting space" would be a great opportunity
for groups, "tribes", communities etc to fine tune ideas and do concrete
advances.
