Not blaming anyone, but this is a bit frustrating... I am not able to
know what is holding the letter back .... thought it was to be
finalised at least on Saturday... And we knew about this important
Monday meeting... Is it possible for any of the 4 liaisons to hand it
over in person to someone in highest authority at the earliest, and
request a response. thanks... parminder
