As far as I know the plan is still to send the letter to Congress today
(Monday). The ACLU said they could do that for us, but I don't know exactly
when it will go out yet, as we are just finalizing the email text now. It's
just before 11:30 EDT now, so I think it's still realistic to send it
today. Once we have the email text finalized, I can update the group with
the exact time we expect it to go out. Does that sound okay to everyone?
