[bestbits] Call for endorsements: Civil Society proposal to open participation in the CWG-Internet at ITU

Dear Bill
I think what would be really useful is to ask this person to let us know
if the letter has been circulated to CWG members or not. We need to know
it is actually reaching its target group and that it is not being held
up by the chair or the secretariat.
