On a side-note, the current *draft* schedule for Day 3 has

 * Wolfgang's proposal ("Internet Governance Principles: Towards a
Multistakeholder and Universal Framework of Commitments"),
 * Global Partners proposal ("A public interest internet:  what can WSIS
plus 10 deliver? A view from civil society"), and the
 * CIS proposal ("WGIG+8: Stock-Taking, Mapping, and Going Forward")

all slotted for the same time.
