My understanding was that they are liaisons to the Brazilians directly, rather than representatives to 1net.  I thought BB decided to work outside 1net.  That’s why I asked how it could also be nominating people to 1net…no reply.

Maybe I’m missing something, but it seems to me BB should choose to either be in or out rather than claim a right to have more sources of access to the process than other networks…?
