Today, Thursday, is the last day for sign-ons to the letter to the 
Privacy and Civil Liberties Oversight Board on the NSA's surveillance 
programs.

This is an important opportunity for global civil society to voice its 
concerns on the NSA's programs and their inconsistency with 
international human rights.
